The WA SURF Academy operates on the student achieving different progression bars once they master a certain set of skills. The student must meet the requirements of the previous bar before progressing to the next level.

Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Before shipping the goods are carefully inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of clients every day in a variety of countries. This shows our commitment to being the largest online retailer in the world. Warehouses and distribution centers can be located in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.
Before shipping before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. Stocks can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
