Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.

Before shipping before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. Stocks can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
